Scottish Apprenticeships are a powerhouse for economic growth. According to Skills Development Scotland, over 40,000 apprentices are supporting around 12,000 businesses across the country, gaining the skills employers need now and in the future.

Skills Development Scotland also reports that for every £1 of public investment in apprenticeships, up to £5 is returned to the Scottish exchequer. This remarkable return underlines the importance of these programmes in fostering economic resilience and prosperity across our cities.

Our cities offer a wealth of opportunities for modern apprentices across various sectors, from energy and engineering to healthcare and digital technologies.
