Haventus is transforming Ardersier Port into one of the UK’s largest offshore‑wind deployment and energy‑transition facilities. Backed by £300m from Quantum Capital Group (2023) and a £100m credit facility from the Scottish National Investment Bank and National Wealth Fund (2024), the project is now in construction.
Major upgrades include a 659m quay wall, 420m main quay, heavy‑lift infrastructure and a 12.4m dredged channel, enabling deployment of both fixed‑bottom and floating wind. The 450‑acre site – with a proposed 200‑acre expansion – will support large‑scale marshalling, assembly, manufacturing and storage for ScotWind and INTOG. The redevelopment will deliver new jobs, strengthen supply chains and drive regional growth.
