The Operational Team’s primary focus is to secure maximum impact and delivery of the shared aspirations of the Scottish cities and Scottish Government and to drive and deliver the Operational Plan. The team is proactive in identifying and bringing new opportunities to the Alliance partners and in seeking to elevate the position of Scotland’s cities both within the UK and internationally.
