The Scottish Cities Alliance is delighted to return to UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) 2025. UKREiiF is the UK’s leading real estate and infrastructure investment event, bringing together 16,000+ delegates from local and national government, investors, developers, end-users and the wider built environment industry together – and it’s considered to be the place where conversations start to drive investment and regeneration into UK cities and regions.
As a unique collaboration between Scotland’s eight cities and the Scottish Government, our mission is to drive inclusive economic growth and attract investment to Scotland’s urban centres, for the benefit of the whole of Scotland.
By participating in UKREiiF, alongside our wider events programme, we aim to foster long-term strategic partnerships with investors and developers, and promote Scotland as a prime destination for investment.
UKREiiF 2025
At UKREiiF 2025, the Alliance is hosting a Scotland Pavilion for the first time, and our programme will highlight:
- the wealth of investment opportunities linked to Scotland’s energy transition
- the strength of the knowledge economy in Scotland’s cities, with a particular focus on life sciences and advanced manufacturing
- residential investment opportunities across all tenures
Join us at our Pavilion to network with city leaders and senior officers from across the Scottish cities.
